It was in the HK Int'l Bookfair, a few years ago. And i bought a collection of 5 CDs just for this song, even though i didn't know most of the rest.

I haven't watched the movie （中譯：《兩小無猜》）myself, but it seems that most people of that generaton (!) would know about it. I suspect they know it just because of the music and the songs...

As far as i know, there are two Cantonese versions: one by Leon Lai, and the other by Tony Leung. Yes, Tony Leung Chiu Wai.
